Yoga poses are great to strengthen and relax the body, however there is far more to Yoga than that. Derived from the Sankrit word 'yuj' which means: to unite or integrate. Yoga is all about harmonising the body with the mind and breath.
It is an ancient practice that brings together body and mind.
Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and body positions that enhance relaxation and reduce stress.
